About Us

Amy Lawler is a seasoned oil and gas software team member working with software teams to help prepare documentation, training requirements, change management activities, and supporting end-users after post-deployment of software packages for end-users.  She is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in English with a specialization in technical communication.

Amy’s specific interest is to ensure that the end-user is supported during the whole process of the software development lifecycle process. This includes working with users from the ground up to ensure they are aware of what changes are coming in their work environment, they are trained in how to use the software, and that they have the necessary support for post-production issues.
